Your Program Includes
1. Family Sleep Intake Questionnaire
We begin the process before our first consultation with a comprehensive questionnaire to help us get clear on your needs and goals, so we can jump right into our work when we first meet.
2. One 90-minute In-Home or Remote Consultation
Our first consultation will be at 5:00 p.m. on the day your Sleep Training Program begins, ideally with both parents present. We’ll laser-focus on your family, determine where you need the most support, and create a game plan for bedtime.
3. Your choice of 72-hours or 48-hours
One of us will stay with you in your home or support you remotely. We will help you teach your child to sleep independently within 48-hours OR for 72-hours. We will coach you through the whole process, and if we’re in your home we’ll watch & listen to the video monitor and invite you to sleep.
4. Three 30-Minute Coaching Calls
Coaching Calls are designed to celebrate your accomplishments, answer your questions, troubleshoot setbacks, and keep you moving forward. You can schedule calls at your convenience.
5. Four Weeks Unlimited Phone Support
Need extra phone support? No problem at all. Call anytime between our scheduled calls and we’ll call you back as soon as possible.
6. Four Weeks Unlimited Email Correspondence
If you have any questions between our calls, just email and we’ll respond within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

*We are available to travel to clients outside of the greater Southern California area, including world wide. Additional transportation fees will apply.
Payments & Refunds
Full payment is due upon booking. Payments may be made by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. No refunds are offered for unused services, and services are non-transferable.

Client testimonials are consistently positive but do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your success entirely depends on your desire and motivation. Though recommendations will be made to support you fully, it is your responsibility to show up for appointments, follow through on our suggestions, and achieve your own goals. No refunds are offered for unused services, and services are non-transferable.
