What makes Sweet Dreams LA different from other sleep training theories and programs is that our method includes lots of common sense, emotional, moment to moment analysis and logistical support. Your baby is unique. Books can’t understand your little one, and books can’t support you – but we can, every step of the way! Our In-Home and Remote Sleep Training Programs are based on a simple, unique, and customizable 4-step process along with 5 key elements.
Best. Sleep. Ever 4-Step Process
1. Detailed Assessment + Getting to Know You
Before we meet either in person or remotely, you will fill out our comprehensive intake questionnaire to help us get clear on your needs and goals. After that we can effectively jump right into our work together.
2. 30 min phone consult
We will discuss your intake questionnaire in length and answer any other questions you may have. Next, we’ll come to your home or meet remotely, get to know everything about your family, your baby, the geography of your home, and any obstacles holding you back.
3. Your In-Home or Remote Supported Sleep Training + Customized Action Plan
Depending on the In-Home or Remote Sleep Training Program you choose, one of us will support you for 72 hours or 48 hours. During this highly focused time, we will get to understand your baby’s habits and needs, while taking into account his or her age, developmental stage, personality and more. We will develop a tailor-made action plan and modify it to perfection over the 48-72 hours we are with you. Every step of the way we are guiding you, ensuring that your baby is cared for, sleep trained, and that you feel confident maintaining the changes, both during and after, our time together.
4. Implementation + Extended Support
Our Sleep Training Programs are designed to continue supporting you with coaching calls and unlimited phone and email support for up to 4 weeks after your In-Home or Remote Supported Sleep Training. We include this feature because it takes time and consistent practice to change routines, overcome regressions, recover from sleep deprivation, and to make new habits stick. Your baby will be sleep trained after 24 hours, but the ongoing support will ensure that your baby is a great sleeper forever!
